Dora went to a show home in Atlanta,Ga in Sept of 2009, but due to changes life throws at a person from time to time,
she came home again the end March. And am I ever glad she did.
Dora is a beautiful white with flashes of cream, tan and black she is quite striking.
Dora has movement as beautiful and ground covering as her sister Indi, she just has to gain a tiny bit more confidence.
My daughter Hayley showed Dora April 10 and 11 at the Shenandoah Valley Kennel Club. This was Hayley's first
dog show and she managed to take Dora to Reserve Winners Bitch both days and Best of Breed Puppy on Saturday. She also
showed in her Puppy Toy Group though no placing. However, my Miniature Pinscher co-owed with Cheri McDaniel did win
a Group 1 and went on to compete for Puppy Best in Show.
Dora now resides in North Carolina with Katie Probst. They are proving to be a winning team by winning RWB in Harriburg,
Pa. and in Greensboro August 22 their first 3 point major. It won't be long and Dora will be finished!
Well as of 12/13/2010 Dora is sitting at 11 points with three majors. Katie and Dora picked up another 3 point
major in Winston-Salem this past weekend. Just a few singles to go!
Dora picked up a 4th major and is now a CHAMPION. She has since gained also some of her points (including 1 of
3 needed majors) towards her Grand Championship.
Dora took a break from showing to deliver 4 beautiful little puppies. She will be returning to me in a couple of weeks
and I will start the process of growing her coat back out so we can go back and finish her grand championship. I'm looking
forward to bringing her back home again.
